Below is ME about 3 Month before The CUPE National's Dianne Jolly KICKED ME OUT OF CUPE and TERMINATED my 19 Year CUPE Membership. Then UBC / HR'S Lindi Frost BLOCKED my RETURN to my UBC Steam Fitter Position by threatening RCMP intervention if I tried to return.
Thus severing myself and my families livelihood. The reason for this action was I did NOT BELIEVE in TWO differently Formatted Versions of a FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Report from my alleged FIRST Psychiatric Evaluation allegedly performed by UBC Forensic Psychiatrist Dr. Elizabeth Zoffmann. SEE LINK ZOFFMANN MEDICAL DOCUMENT TWO VERSIONS.
Both versions were ERROR filled as
1. My name was spelled wrong 4 times.
2. The DATE of the Evaluation wrong.
3. There was 2006 content in the 2001 document.
4. It was THREE times REPEATED on FIRE ARMS yet to be found by Collateral Means.
5. The CUPE National had given Dr. Zoffmann an Assignment to see if I meet the Criteria for Certification under the Mental Act.
6. Dr. Elizabeth Zoffmann had APPOLOGIGED for FAILING. ( UNFORTUNATLY I did not quite meet that criteria) Therefore documented as Borderline Insane. UNFORTUNATLY meaning... DISAPOINTINGLY, REGRETFULLY, SORRY FOR FAILING. So the APPOLOGY by a UBC Forensic Psychiatrist to her UBC Employer is VERY CLEAR.
7. Last but NOT LEAST it was documented that the UBC Medical Expert had RECOMENDED that a full neurological examination be given which included a CT Scan of the Head / Brain.
6 and 7 were my MAIN BELIEFS in FORGERY. Here is WHY. My alleged FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Evaluation was on May 25, 2001, the receipt of information to the CLIENT was June 12, 2001. I am documented as a very NEAR MISS of being put into an Asylum, this by an ILLEGAL ASSIGNMENT, I am identified with the high probability of an Aneurism, Cerebral Hemorrhage, a Cancerous Tumor, Blood Clot or other KILLER if action is IGNORED.
This CRITICAL Medical information that should have been released with 5 to 10 Business days is HIDDEN from myself and family Members. As in BLOCKED. If I BELIEVE that the CONTENT in BOTH Versions is TRUE... Then I have to BELIEVE in TWO attempts by The CUPE National with UBC Hierarchy to PERMANENTLY SILENCE ME. as in 6 and 7
6. A FAILED attempt to Lock ME up in an Asylum.
7. A FAILED attempt to END MY LIFE. It was very clearly documeted that a critical life determining medical procedure was RECOMMENDED by a UBC FORENSIC MEDICAL EXPERT this included a CT SCAN OF THE HEAD/BRAIN... This was thoroughly REVIEWED by the KEEPERS of the Document. Decision by the KEEPERS was to NEVER ALLOW myself or family members to REVIEW what was written, if I had DIED it was MURDER AT UBC. Fully accountable would be CUPE National and UBC Hierarchy. This cannot be DISPUTED if ALL CONTENT IS TRUE.
My THIRD Psychiatric Evaluation set up solely by UBC/HR'S Lindi Frost was for NON BELIEF that CUPE National with UBC Hierarchy had first FAILED to put ME into an ASYLUM, when that FAILED they had attempted to OFF ME.
ME below in the Spring of 2008, again about three months before The CUPE National KICKED ME OUT OF CUPE and severed myself and my families livelihood. UBC / HR in July 2008 were for the first time Witnessed on board. This with UBC / HR'S Lindi Frost. In July 2008 Frost threatens ME with RCMP intervention if I try and return to myself and familys needed UBC Steamfitter Position.
The reason for the severing of livelihood was for my NON BELIEF in any of the TWO differently formatted versions of a CUPE issued Forensic Psychiatric Medical/ Criminal Report on ME.
In June 2009 below is how UBC Dr. Alan Buchanan saw ME.

JUNE 04,2009 the day of UBC Dr.Alan Buchanan's Psychiatric Evaluation of ME. At this point I was NEITHER a UBC Employee or CUPE Member. Again in COLLUSION The CUPE National's Dianne Jolly had KICKED ME OUT OF CUPE in July 2008. UBC / HR’S Lindi Frost had BLOCKED my RETURN TO UBC. AGAIN the MAIN REASON was that I DID NOT BELIEVE THAT UBC WITH THE CUPE NATIONAL HIERARCHY IN COLLUSION CONSPIRED TO END MY LIFE.
In early Morning of June 04,2009 I left for the appointment around 7:40 am arriving just before 9:00am. I was slightly underdressed with sandals with no socks, biege shorts and a sleeveless navy blue Glasgow Rangers Football Shirt... How I was described in the document " it was a hot sunny day and I was wearing DARK COLORS". It might have been a hot afternoon but I was long gone by then.
UBC Dr. Alan Buchanan seemed very profesional, a straight shooter type of guy. The meeting that was scheduled for 4 hours was over in 2. We even laughed about a few things.
I gave him full proof of TWO completely differently Formatted Versions of UBC Dr. Elizabeth Zoffmann's Forensic Report which with TWO VERSION'S Logic suggests either.
OPTION 1. That at least ONE Version is a FORGERY and the other version is TRUE.
OPTION 2. Both versions are FORGERIES.
Therefor FORGERY DID EXIST.

In Laymans Terms the purpose of The GAF SCORE is to Monitor Progress and Regress of the Mentally Ill. THE GAF SCORE would be the FIRST THING a scrutinizing medical or criminal expert would check.
In the ZOFFMANN FORENSIC FORGERY THE GAF SCORE has been REMOVED or the importance of it completely overlooked, and never inserted by the NON MEDICAL FORGER.

Below is UBC Dr. Alan Buchanan's Psychiatric Report on ME. My honest BELIEF it was put together in COLLUSION with UBC / HR'S lindi Frost. This was a SETUP, BOTH UBC/HR'S Lindi Frost and UBC Dr.Alan Buchanan (if it was him) were aware in 2008 / 2009 of what I discovered in DECEMBER 2019. The CUPE National IMPOSTER, so both were fully aware that there NEVER was a FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Evaluation performed on ME. This with an CUPE National given ASSINGMENT to have ME Committed Under The Mental Health Act.
The EVALUATION DATE was June 04, 2009.
DATE DELIVERED to UBC / HR'S Lindi Frost June 04,2009. SAME DAY!
Date delivered to ME by UBC/HR'S Lindi Frost was late September or early October 2009. WHY THE DELAY?

Try and find a PHOTO of this guy... I assure you, you will not. After December 2019 I learned that from my FIRST Psychiatric Evaluation supposedly by a UBC Forensic Psychiatrist named Dr Elizabeth Zoffmann an IMPOSTER was used. On the day of the my Evaluation my opinion of UBC'S Doctor Alan Buchanan that he was a REALLY NICE GUY, actually looked more like a lawyer than a UBC shrink. On the UBC Department Of Psychiatry site Dr. Alan Buchanan is one of the FEW Doctors who does NOT show a PROFILE PHOTO. Likewise neither does UBC Forensic Psychiatrist Dr. Elizabeth Zoffmann. ODD why are these few UBC Psychiatrist hiding their profile photos.
