My THIRD Psychiatric Evaluation alledgedly performed by UBC Psychiatrist Dr. Alan Buchanan on June 04, 2009. This was for NON BELIEF in the Content in The FORENSIC PSYCHIATRIC MEDICAL/CRIMINAL REPORT from my alleged FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Report from my FIRST Evaluation. The highlights of my NON BELIEF from this FIRST Evaluation... allegedly the CUPE National had given an assignment for ME to be Committed Under The Mental Health Act. ALSO the UBC Medical Expert had recommended that a life determining medical procedure be carried out, this included a CT Scan of the HEAD / BRAIN... However UBC with CUPE National Hierarchy had BLOCKED this from happening. This CRITICAL Medical Information was allegedly in the hands of UBC on June 12,2001... It was OFFICIALLY released by UBC on January 16,2009... 7 1/2 YEARS LATE.
This First Report allegedly written by UBC Forensic Psychiatrist Dr. Elizabeth Zoffmann performed on May 25, 2001. NOTE I say allegedly by. Meaning perhaps UBC were using IMPOSTERS acting the role of UBC Psychiatrists.
I from December 2019 truly BELIEVE that I did NOT meet with UBC Dr. Elizabeth Zoffmann on May 25, 2001 which was the date of my FIRST Psychiatric Evaluation, allegedly FORENSIC.

UBC Psychiatrist allegedly Dr. Alan Buchanan on the morning of June 04, 2009 appeared to be a very nice guy, looked more like a lawyer than a shrink. Dr. Buchanan's Company is Collaborative Workplace Services... yet the Report is written up under Viewpoint Medical Assessment Services... Go Figure... WHY would he not use his own Company... Highly Suspicious.
As per LINK 1, my story changes from December 2019. My BELIEF from then was at no time in my life did I undergo a Forensic Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Evaluation by a Danish UBC Forensic Psychiatrist named Dr. Elizabeth Zoffmann.
It is allegedly documented Dr. Elizabeth Zoffmann performed this FIRST Forensic Psychiatric Medical/ Criminal evaluation on a SUNDAY. As in SUNDAY MARCH 25,2001, on a guy named John Steward, who she mentions way more than ME who is John Stewart. This stupid ERROR on NAME and DATE where an ASSINGMENT is given by a Danish CUPE National President to have a John Steward or ME to be Committed Under The Mental Health Act is Proof in NOT a FORENSIC MEDICAL / CRIMINAL REPORT that falls under BOTH Medical and Judicial Systems.
The purpose of UBC Dr. Alan Buchanan's Evaluation on ME on June 04, 2009 is to make ME BELIEVE in sheer stupidity... and that UBC with CUPE National Hierarchy had BLOCKED a life determining medical procedure from been caried out... To make me BELIEVE in what he himself knew was the Criminal Act of FORGERY.
As in the FORGERY of a Forensic Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Report which has to be one of the most prestigious court regulated documents in the land. It permits NO ERROR.

FROM JULY 2008 UBC / HR WERE NOW IN CONTROL, THEY WERE INSISTING ON A THIRD PSYCHIATRIC EVALUATION USING A UBC PSYCHIATRIST. I WAS CALLING FORGERY ON MY FIRST PSYCHIATRIC EVALUATION WHICH TWO VERSIONS WERE ALLEGEDLY FORENSIC AND ALLEGEDLY AS WRITTEN BY A UBC FORENSIC PSYCHIATRIST. TWO VERSIONS ON ITS OWN WAS PROOF OF FORGERY.
PART OF UBC DR. ALAN BUCHANAN'S JOB WAS TO CALL MY BELIEF IN TWO VERSIONS A FACTOR OF MENTAL ILLNESS... YOU CAN'T MAKE THIS SHIT UP.
I WOULD NOW CLEARLY WIN THE TIE BREAKER, WITH NOW MEDICAL PROOF OF FORGERY. THE GAF SCORE MUST EXIST, IT IS THE SOLE PURPOSE OF A PSYCHIATRIC EVALUATION. IT WAS MISSING FROM BOTH VERSIONS IN MY ALLEGED FORENSIC PSYCHIATRIC MEDICAL / CRIMINAL REPORT ALLEGEDLY WRITTEN BY A UBC FORENSIC PSYCHIATRIST. SO AGAIN... I WIN. WINNING SHOULD HAVE MEANT RETURN TO WORK, WITH SOME KIND OF APOLOGY.
THREE ALLEGED PSYCHIATRIC EVALUATIONS
MAY 25, 2001. ALLEGED FORENSIC PSYCHIATRIC MEDICAL / CRIMINAL PERFORMED BY MY BELIEVE FROM DECEMBER 2019 BY THE CUPE NATIONAL PRESIDENT JUDY DARCY. HOWEVER I AM TO BELIEVE BY UBC FORENSIC PSYCHIATRIST DR. ELIZABETH ZOFFMANN.
From LINK 2 ABOVE an Assistant UBC Clinical Professor Dr. Elizabeth Zoffmann out of the UBC Department Of Psychiatry in BOTH Versions of her alleged FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical/ Criminal Report on me saw me as BORDERLINE INSANE, probable BRAIN DISEASE. Allegedly recommended a Life determining medical procedure which UBC and CUPE National Hierarchy BLOCKED. Also am documented as a potential threat to society with FIRE ARMS yet to be found by collateral means, this documented 3 times.

JUNE 04,2009 PSYCHIATRIC EVALUATION ALLEGEDLY PERFORMED BY UBC DR ALAN BUCHANAN
If UBC Clinical Professor Dr. Alan Buchanan out of The UBC Department Of Psychiatry see's NO MENTAL ILLNESS .. I WIN.. As in a UBC Assistant Clinical Professor is Junior to a UBC Clinical Professor.
However if Dr. Alan Buchanan shows BIAS in favour of his UBC Employer who he is answerable too... The GASLIGHTING CONTINUES.
UBC Psychiatrist Dr Alan Buchanan documents on his last page that he has the right to change his opinion on his Report. So to date in 2024 he is not yet COMPLETED his TASK until he changes his opinion.
This Psychiatrist on the day he did NOT see me as Seriously Mentally Ill.
For my so named OBSESSION to retrieve my TRUE Medical Information from my FIRST allegedly FORENSIC Psychiatric Evaluation. This was now my THIRD forced Psychiatric Evaluation, at The University Of British Columbia. This was set up solely by UBC/HR’S Lindi Frost. This Third Psychiatric Evaluation was on June 04, 2009 performed allegedly by UBC INDEPENDANT Psychiatrist Dr Alan Buchanan. (INDEPENDANT UBC Psychiatrist an oxymoron if ever there was one, UBC Employee conducting Psychiatric Assessments on UBC Employee's).
Dr. Alan Buchanan sent his Report on ME back to UBC / HR'S Lindi Frost on the SAME DAY as the Evaluation June 04, 2009. My copy was issued by Frost 4 months later on late September/ early October 2009. My belief is during these 4 months, this Report was also altered, the only other person with access to it was UBC / HR'S Lindi Frost. FORGERY is CRIMINAL ACT, if I prove correct.
The purpose of my third Psychiatric Evaluation was that I believed that my Forensic Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Report from my FIRST Psychiatric Evaluation allegedly performed and written by UBC Forensic Psychiatrist Dr Elizabeth Zoffmann on May 25 2001 was a very badly written FORGERY. This THIRD Psychiatric Evaluation was to FORCE me to accept and SIGN OFF on ALL CONTENT that was written in my life long FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal being 100% TRUE and written by a UBC Forensic Psychiatrist.
Leading up to my THRID Psychiatric Evaluation at the University Of British Columbia. I had been branded as CUPE and UBC/ HR'S Biggest ever Criminal Badass, violence against my co workers is what was concocted against me. In March 2001 my CUPE Local 116 Executive FAILED to have me incarcerated , in May 2001 The CUPE National FAILED to have me Committed Under the Mental Health Act.(This is 100% Documented from my FIRST Psychiatric Evaluation... but this was only part of what I REFUSED to believe). My THIRD Psychiatric Evaluation was to force me to BELIEVE in everything documented in my Forensic Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Report.
Below photo is similar to how Dr. Alan Buchanan viewed me on the day of his June 04, 2009 Evaluation. He described me, "it was a hot summer day, and Mr. Stewart wore dark colors " . It was not a summer day it was an early spring morning of this Evaluation. I had left at 7:30 am to make the appointment I was wearing a light brown sandals with no socks, beige shorts and a sleeveless blue Glasgow Rangers Football Shirt. Not dark colors as I am allegedly described by UBC Dr. Alan Buchanan. I believe this wearing Dark Colors is part of the tampering of Dr. Buchanans Report. Tampering with Psychiatric Medical Records falls under the same category as FORGERY. The only person with access to this Report was UBC / HR'S Lindi Frost.
This photo was taken in the Spring of 2008 about 3 Months before the CUPE National kicked me out of CUPE for having an opinion on them issuing TWO different Formats of my (BOTH FORGED) Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Records. Also the same timeframe when UBC / HR'S Lindi Frost BLOCKED my requested return to my UBC Steamfitters position. I had been a 19 year UBC employee / CUPE member.
Above is me, as a supposed violent threat to my co workers and folks at UBC. Apart from what is documented on my life long FORGED Psychiatric Medical / Criminal record my only other offense is Photo Radar Ticket, at the age of 76 now, I have never even had a speeding ticket. My FORGED Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Record is on file as TRUE for certain in the British Columbia Medical System and also has to be on file in the British Columbia Criminal Justice System. (Forensic Psychiatric Records where highly suspected suspicion of FIRE ARMS are documented falls under the Jurisdiction of both systems).
As a result of what I knew was a FORGERY in June 2019 I had to leave my employment as an Engineering Change Planner at a Vancouver Shipyard as I could not pass a NATO Criminal Clearance. (My Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Record which had to be submitted, if lied about it, I could face criminal charges). This was a position that I needed to keep for another 2 years, but again I had to leave in somewhat shame.
The Hereditary factor on my concocted serious mental illness is being used today in 2023. I cannot go into detail on this due privacy concerns.
From as far back as 1997 I was being shit kicked on by my CUPE Local 116 Executive, who were desperately trying to concoct me with Workplace Violence. This was their style, and the done it with others at UBC see LINK 4. Below. The CUPE Local 116 Executive in March 2001, FAILED to concoct me with a history of violence and had laid criminal charges at the UBC RCMP Detachment to have me Incarcerated. No Criminal Charges stuck. However by April 2001 The CUPE National took me on, and stepped up the anti. It would be documented that UBC Psychiatrist Dr. Elizabeth Zoffmann apologized to The CUPE National for just FAILING to have me Committed Under the Mental Health Act. Absolute FACT...of what I had difficulty in believing. This NON Belief was partly why I was facing my THIRD Psychiatric Evaluation by UBC Dr. Alan Buchanan a University Of British Columbia Psychiatrist.
This THIRD Psychiatric Evaluation as I said was initiated solely UBC / HR'S Lindi Frost, a person who I never met or even laid eyes on. The good news is, there is no record of any other person at UBC or CUPE being involved. My THIRD Psychiatric Evaluation at UBC was performed on June 04,2009 by UBC Psychiatrist Dr. Alan Buchanan. Dr. Buchanan found NO serious mental Illness . Well except for TWO factors of what Dr. Buchanan called overvalued beliefs. My BELIEF that I was issued TWO Versions of of my Forensic Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Record, (which I was issued two versions see LINK 2. 👈) and my belief in FORGERY (which I was 100% correct on, with two differently Formatted Versions at least ONE version was a FORGERY). Also my belief there was my calculated Financial Motive (which there was, correct or incorrect calculation which I did refer to as MOTIVE). Doctor Buchanan recommends to UBC / HR'S Lindi Frost that if I continue to pursue these which were term as delusional or two factors of Mental Illness more Evaluations or Psychiatric procedures to continue beyond 2009, Grant Grobman Dr. Buchanan's business partner was to benefit from these future Psychiatric sessions. WOW 😮
Summary
A FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical/Criminal Report is probably one of the prestigious reports in Canada or any other western country. It falls under the Jurisdiction of both the Medical and the Criminal Justice System. This type of Evaluation is given to murderers to see if there are sane enough to stand trial. Why was I commit to such an Evaluation, I had NO Criminal Record. Well except for my Photo Radar Ticket.
In a Forensic Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Report, there can be no error additions or omissions. The report given to me by both The CUPE National and The UBC Freedom Of Information Department FAILED to meet this prestigious and lawful criteria. My name was spelled wrong 4 times, and the date of the evaluation was wrong, and there was actual editing out, this on TWO Differently Formatted Versions of the SAME Forensic Report. Adding to that after my THIRD Psychiatric Evaluation I discover the Diagnosis was Incomplete, it had no GAF Score, as in NO result. So I would assume NOT my TRUE Medical Records.
This is about my effort to retrieve my TRUE medical information, which UBC and CUPE had reviewed, however they were HIDING it from me and my family members. Would you believe it took 7 1/2 years for me to receive the Official copy, which would turn out to be a very badly written FORGERY.
Example 1 it identifies that there was an Assignment given for me to be committed under the Mental Health Act. With NO UBC / HR or UBC Hierarchy involved The CUPE National gave this Assignment.
Example 2 it documented me to probably armed and dangerous, 4 times it repeated on FIREARMS to be found by collateral means. Found Collateral meaning Zoffmann not talking about PAST, but about FUTURE.
Example 3 it identified a recommended life determining medical procedure to be carried out, which included a CT Scan of the head / Brain. If all was moral, this information should have been forwarded to myself and family within 10 working days.
This sought after Forensic Medical information was officially received by me on January 16,2009. This was 6 months after The CUPE National had kicked me out of CUPE and UBC / HR'S Lindi Frost had blocked my return to my UBC Steam Fitters position. I had began my pursuit mid April 2002. If UBC and CUPE truly had access to it June 12,2001. Why were both parties HIDING critical medical information? Why did they BLOCK a Life Determining Medical Procedure form being carried out?
Would it be considered an OBSESSION for me wanting to review my OWN Medical information? I would say NOT. Where was my Medical information coming from.👇
On March 31, 2001 I was put on PAID LEAVE. Around the April 10th 2001 I was informed I had to attend an Evaluation, a Psychiatric Doctor named Dr. Elizabeth Zoffmann was to perform this Evaluation. I went through with this on May 25, 2001. Almost 1 year later on April 22, 2002 I was called into UBC for a meeting. The CUPE National chaired this meeting. It was a meeting from HELL. I was told that I was a THREAT to my Co-Workers and the people at UBC. I was told that I was not TRUSTED in the buildings at UBC. I was more or less told to clear the Campus and don't talk to anyone on the way out. Where was this venom coming from. Obviously the Evaluation from Dr. Elizabeth Zoffmann on May 25 2001.
In April 2002 I requested to review the Medical Document from this Evaluation, it was REFUSED. By law this was my Medical information. WHAT DID DR. ELIZABETH ZOFFMANN write in this document? I was more than highly curious. Those who opposed me called my pursuit of my Medical information an obsession, and from this THIRD Psychiatric Evaluation my so called obsession was called factor of mental Illness. The more I pursued my medical information the more the CUPE National and UBC resisted.
In mid 2006 I even had a lawyer on this, he too was unsuccessful I couldn't get my Medical Information. The CUPE National finally released a version of Dr. Zoffmann's Report on me on December 6 2006. There was nothing about me as a threat to my Co Workers. Or that I wasn't trusted in the Buildings at UBC. Where did the CUPE National get this information?
The CUPE National on December 06, 2006 had released a NOW proved FORGERY. On July 11 2008 the CUPE National released a second differently formatted version. Also a now proved FORGERY.
WHY the FORGERIES. Why were UBC and The CUPE National not releasing my TRUE Medical Information as written by Dr. Elizabeth Zoffmann. Reason there never was a Document. Was there a MOTIVE for their releasing FORGERIES.
Going back to the April 22, 2002 meeting from HELL. A few days before this I had sent to UBC and CUPE a Financial Motive for why I believed that I was being persecuted by CUPE from as far back as 1997. From 1997 all the way through to July 2008 there was NO involvement by UBC / HR, however I pretty sure they were behind the scenes, but not provable.
When The CUPE National removed me from CUPE and terminated my livelihood for questioning TWO versions of my medical information. UBC / HR'S Lindi Frost stepped up to the plate in July 11, 2008. UBC'S Lindi Frost would set up my THRID Psychiatric Evaluation.
My THIRD Psychiatric Evaluation would be performed by UBC Psychiatrist (I BELIEVE) UBC'S Dr. Alan Buchanan. Did you notice I said I BELIEVE. There is reasoning.
The reason for this Psychiatric Evaluation was because I did NOT believe in Medical Records released by The CUPE National and from the UBC Presidents Office. These were Forensic Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Records from my alleged FIRST Psychiatric Evaluation allegedly performed by the UBC Forensic Psychiatrist Dr Elizabeth Zoffmann. Well up to December 2019 I believed it was UBC Forensic Psychiatrist Dr. Elizabeth Zoffmann. What I BELIEVED from December 2019 was that I have NEVER in my life even met Dr. Elizabeth Zoffmann. It was an IMPOSTER who you will see in LINK 1. At that time in December 2019 there was an NDP Minister Of Mental Health and Drug Addiction.
With this THIRD Psychiatric Evaluation there was only three people involved in this... ME John Stewart at the time not a CUPE Member or even a UBC Employee. As an 18 year CUPE Member the CUPE National had on July 2008 kicked me out of their Union, thus severing my livelihood. There was UBC / HR'S Lindi Frost again never set eyes on her or even talked to her, and there was a UBC INDEPENDANT Psychiatrist Dr Alan Buchanan. I don't think UBC / HR'S Lindi Frost should have used a UBC Psychiatrist, not what I would consider an INDEPENDANT Psychiatrist, a Conflict of interest but this after a year I agreed to sit before UBC / HR'S Lindi Frosts psychiatrist of choice Dr. Alan Buchanan on June 04, 2009. BAD MISTAKE by me, or was it, as I got a few more steps closer to the exposure of Punitive Psychiatry being used in Canada.

My honest belief is that this is report was that it was tampered with, or just made up. SAME day delivery by UBC'S Dr. Alan Buchanan is my first clue of something just not right. Evaluation Date June 04, 2009... Delivery date to the Client UBC / HR'S Lindi Frost. Frost sends my copy late September / early October 2009.

On the day of the my Evaluation my opinion of UBC'S Doctor Alan Buchanan that he was a REALLY NICE GUY, actually looked more like a lawyer than a shrink. On the UBC Department Of Psychiatry site Dr. Alan Buchanan is one of the FEW Doctors who does NOT show a PROFILE PHOTO. Likewise neither does UBC Forensic Psychiatrist Dr. Elizabeth Zoffmann. ODD why are these few UBC Psychiatrist hiding their profile photos.

1A. Date of my Evaluation June 4, 2009 . 9:50 am Dr. Buchanan states. The Date UBC Independent psychiatrist sends in his report to the Client UBC / HR'S Lindi Frost June 4, 2009. SAME DAY! As an Independent. Psychiatrist impossible, I would say.
1B. My Affidavit Wednesday June 03, 2009. It was not exactly SHORT it was my defense, if UBC Dr. Alan Buchanan was truly INDEPENDANT he would have to refer to his Client for authenticity before forwarding in his report.
1C. Muzzling letter. This was one of MANY letters sent to me by my Manager Gordon A. (Gordon A a genuinely good man and UBC Manager). After my FIRST Evaluation by allegedly Dr. Elizabeth Zoffmann I had sought the advice of a second psychiatrist Dr. D. Dr. D had contacted my Manager Gordon A on these muzzling letters. In my presence on speaker phone Dr. D called Gordon A on these muzzling letters. My Manager on speaker phone TOLD my second opinion Psychiatrist Dr. D he did NOT write these muzzling letter, they were written by UBC / HR... that being said, before sending in his report Dr. Buchannan if truly INDEPENDANT would have to get some kind of clarification on UBC/ HR writing documents and getting managers to sign from UBC / HR’S Lindi Frost.

3A. First Paragraph 100% I was expecting a copy of Dr. Alan Buchanan's report when issued to the UBC / HR Client Lindi Frost. Frost got a copy of Dr. Buchanan's report on the SAME DAY. My copy was delivered 4 Months later by UBC / HR'S Lindi Frost at the end of September or early October 2009. WHY?

4A. PRESENTING COMPLAINTS First paragraph . Dr. Buchanan talks about a UBC Manager lying YES. This LIE was the very beginning of my troubles at UBC. A UBC Manager LIED to Workers Compensation I LOST my claim it was my First ever WCB Claim in or 30 years as a work. The UBC Manager was FIRED. From that point on I became a TARGET not by UBC / HR but by CUPE. UBC / HR'S Lindi Frost was the person to get involved in July 2008. Her final solution was Dr. Alan Buchanan.
4B. PRESENTING COMPLAINTS Second paragraph. UBC Dr. Alan Buchanan note continues to misspell Dr. Zoffmann's name. He refers to my ONE bad E-Mail written in frustration against CUPE, Dr. Buchanan explains my TYPO. At the bottom of the paragraph Dr. Buchanan LIES. He says Dr. Zoffmann recommended treatment by a Psychiatrist. Also Dr. Zoffmann recommended time off work, which she did not. In Dr. Elizabeth Zoffmann's Psychiatric Medical / Criminal report. I was never again contacted by her. Her report reads of an apology by her to her client for just failing to have me committed under the mental health act. Her report also reads that she recommends a full neurological examination including a CT Scan of the Head / Brain to rule out any physical condition that could be causing his psychiatric presentation. She did not recommend I see a psychiatrist or recommend more time off work. 22 Years on I still have not heard a word from UBC Dr. Zoffmann.
4C. PRESENTING COMPLAINTS third paragraph. Dr. Buchanan now talks about the Psychiatrist I did see in 2002. The Zoffmann Evaluation was on May 25, 2001 a MONTH passed no word from Zoffmann, UBC or CUPE. Six month passed again NO WORD. Into early 2002 again NO WORD. I would Remain on PAID Leave. There was Absolutely NO CONCERN from UBC , CUPE or Zoffmann about my Health. Early 2002 I discover the FINANCIAL MOTIVE LINK 3.above.
This was why I sought advice from a second psychiatrist, I had now discovered the MOTIVE for the never ending CUPE Hatred campaign against me as per LINK 1.above
4D. PRESENTING COMPLAINTS fourth paragraph. The Whistle Blower Policy at UBC. In late 2005 I contacted a Mike Hartwick in regards to this resulted in a meeting just before Christmas that year at that meeting I agreed not to talk about my Financial figuring as Motive. But so much for the UBC Whistleblower Policy. Immediately after that meeting I would be sent for my SECOND Psychiatric Evaluation. I was again suspended with pay, my second opinion Psychiatrist Dr. D wrote back to UBC saying simply. THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THIS MAN LEAVE HIM ALONE. With that i returned to UBC February 2006.
4E.last paragraph Dr. Alan Buchanan talks about how I was actively trying to get a copy of Dr Elizabeth Zoffmann's Forensic Report. At that point in early 2006 it would be 3 more years before I got the OFFICIAL Copy.
4F. Last paragraph again Dr. Buchannan should have taken more time with this in December 08, 2006 The CUPE National released the First Version of Dr Elizabeth Zoffmann's Forensic Psychiatric Medical Criminal report on me. In April 2007 I took it to a Dr. Robert Vroom from The British Columbia College Of Physicians and Surgeons. In August 2007 Dr. Robert Vroom confirmed the CUPE National release as AUTHENTIC, Dr. Elizabeth Zoffmann supported Dr. Vroom. They both LIED as a SECOND Version was released by The CUPE National on July 11,2008. The version issued from the UBC Presidents Office on January 16, 2009.
NOTE. Dr.Robert Vroom and Dr Elizabeth Zoffmann confirmed the FIRST Version. Very important.

5A First paragraph. No symptom's except my preoccupation with the Zoffmann Report and a large sum of money. The large sum of money he is talking about the Financial MOTIVE. This was only kept going as leverage to get my Medical Information which was being DENIED. Many times I tried to drop the Financial stuff, CUPE aggression kept it alive.
5B. Second Paragraph Dr. Alan Buchanan gets this wrong. On July 11 2008 the CUPE National issue me a SECOND version of Dr. Elizabeth Zoffmann's Forensic Psychiatric Medical / Criminal. When I questioned the LOGIC of TWO differently formatted versions of the SAME Document, the CUPE National kicked me out of their Union. Now for the first time in the entire history of my case UBC / HR step in. UBC / HR'S Lindi Frost bans me from returning to work, as I can't work if I am not a CUPE Member. She actually threatens RCMP intervention if enter UBC.
5C. Third Paragraph yes correct for the first time in my life I had to leave my family and work out of town. I was eager to get this resolved. Two Versions of a Document PROVED at least ONE Version was a FORGERY. A Criminal Act.

5E. Seventh Paragraph. Again the CUPE National in July 2008 had kicked me out of their Union. I would have returned to UBC without being a Union Member this was my livelihood for 18 years my pension I kind of needed. If the CUPE National had apologized for issuing a FORGERY I might have reconsidered joining.
5F. The Paragraph of David Woodson Utilities Director. He was the one that Officially FIRED me from UBC. As I said earlier UBC / HR'S Lindi Frost had BLOCKED my return to UBC.
5G. The last Paragraph on this page. Yes during my entire persecution at UBC which came from my Union I always went about my daily business with no real stresses. likewise all my other employments.

6A First paragraph yes this was an incident in early 2007. In 2006 The CUPE National were unconstitutionally representing me a Dianne Jolly. in the early summer of 2006 I had a Lawyer a Tom B onboard in an effort retrieve my medical information. This medical information from 2001, UBC were point blank REFUSING to RELEASE. I had been told by the CUPE National that I was a THREAT to my fellow co-workers and that I was not TRUSTED in the buildings at UBC. This is what I NEEDED to see for myself. Did Zoffmann say this. As I had always said CUPE were always trying to set me up with Violence in the workplace. By early 2007 my Lawyer had FAILED to get me my Medical information. My Lawyer asked me to DROP everything I AGREED in early 2007. The CUPE National with my LAWYER spoke of a New Beginning. The Bull Shit at UBC was Finally Over.. Well something happened early 2007 that made me feel like I was being SET UP.

Not an OBSESION, my rights by Canadian Law. He knows I showed him positive proof of TWO differently formatted versions where at least ONE version is a FORGERY. He knows the meaning of a Psychiatric Evaluation, which is to get a RESULT. UBC Dr. Alan Buchanan has completed his Diagnosis by the book. His RESULT is a GAF Score of 75.

8c. Specific Questions from UBC / HR'S (2). Well Dr. Alan Buchanan clears me to return to work... (I was NEVER given that option by UBC / HR'S Lindi Frost. In fact after holding Dr. Buchanan's document for 4 months she still seemed hostile). Dr. Buchanan continues. Then continues with a bit of a rant.
He denies my believe in TWO separate reports, which I gave him positive proof of. He sees no problem with the legitimacy of Dr. Zoffmann's report.
He talks about my need to remove Dr. Zoffmann's report from my Employment file. This is a Forensic Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Report. My Employment File I would be OK with. However in this report.
- I am documented as narrowly missing being committed under the Mental Health Act. As in very seriously mentally ill.
- I am documented with the probability of brain disease. (Hereditary being used today in 2023 against a family member)
- I am 4 times documented as being suspected to be in the possession of fire arms.
- This in a document where there is two versions, my name is spelled wrong 4 times, the date of the evaluation is wrong etc)
A Forensic Psychiatric Evaluation comes under both the jurisdictions of Medical and Criminal Justice Systems. This FORGERY has been given the green light from the British Columbia College and Physicians and Surgeons. In Canada, certain credentialed medical practitioners may, at their discretion, make state-sanctioned investigations into and diagnosis of mental illness.[citation needed] Appropriate use of the DSM-IV-TR is discussed in its section entitled "Use of the DSM-IV-TR in Forensic Settings".
Concerns have been expressed[citation needed] that the Canadian criminal justice system discriminates based on DSM IV diagnosis within the context of Part XX of the Criminal Code.[12] This part sets out provisions for, among other things, court ordered attempts at "treatment" before individuals receive a trial as described in section 672.58 of the Criminal Code. Also provided for are court ordered "psychiatric assessments". Critics have also expressed concerns[citation needed] that use of the DSM-IV-TR may conflict with section 2(b) of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, which guarantees the fundamental freedom of "thought, belief, opinion, and expression".
Confidentiality
In June 2019 I had been a TWO year Employee at Seaspan (Change Engineering Planner). I had to terminate this employment because of The Zoffmann Forensic Medical / Report against me. I could not pass a required for employment NATO Criminal Record Clearance.
He again mentions what I referred too as the Financial Motive...I had agreed to drop that. In fact many times I had agreed to drop that.

9B. Dr. Alan Buchanan would like the option to modify or amend his report. In light of any further objective collateral information come up, which would warrant reconsidering of his opinion.
Dr. Alan Buchanan has not concluded then. He rushed his report back to UBC / HR'S Lindi Frost in the SAME DAY. If truly an INDEPENDANT Psychiatrist this non conclusion also favours me, if any further collateral evidence comes to light.
On Page 7 collateral evidence did come to light. The fact that he completed the most important part of the document. The Diagnosis. Dr. Alan Buchanan must have noticed that UBC Forensic Psychiatrist DID NOT. On BOTH Versions, where Buchanan insists on ONE Version only.
